bimetallic thermostatic steam traps
Spirax Sarco have been manufacturing bimetallic thermostatic
steam traps for over 40 years.
The HP steam traps compliment the Spirax Sarco bimetallic steam trap range and are specifically designed
for draining high pressure condensate from steam mains, turbines and constant pressure primary heat
exchanger circuits (capable of passing loads up to 1400 kg /h and pressures up to 210 bar g).
Bimetallic steam traps are primarily used to control the release of condensate so that its sensible heat can
be utilised and energy losses caused by flash steam on discharge
